Area

General
A semi arid, shallow soiled grass/scrub-land. Covered in short, tough grasses and small stunted bushes, with the occasional cacti and withered tree. The wind is constantly blowing from the east, bringing moist air from the swamps and jungle. There are small rodents, lizards, and canines, as well as tortoises of huge size, sheep/cow croses and a variety of bugs. There are heavy rains two to five times a year. The landscape is doted with small farming communities that grow mostly grains, and cattle. Under the 2-3 feet of soil is a layer of gravel 3-8 feet thick that grows progressively in size from the size of a pebble to the size of a man’s foot. Beneath this is a layer of pastel pink sandstone that contains an aquifer that provides the area with water during drought. Other water supplies are collected rainwater and magical moiture traps made out of a cold rod and a cave or excavation. There are hills in the area where the sandstone is about five feet thick and a deep purple color.

  • Black Morion
  • Smokey Quartz
  • Blue Turqoise

Gemstones commonly found in the marble:
